Veteran running back David Johnson has announced that he is retiring from the NFL.
Johnson burst onto the scene as a member of the Arizona Cardinals, leading the league in scrimmage yards and total touchdowns in his second year. But injuries took their toll on Johnson, as he could never return to form. Eventually, he was dealt to the Houston Texans, part of the return in the infamous DeAndre Hopkins trade. He quickly became an afterthought in his two seasons in Houston. He then joined the New Orleans Saints as a practice squad player and played sparingly in five games at the end of the 2022 campaign, leaving Johnson as the modern-day poster child for the "running backs are replaceable" mantra that he permeated the league of the last decade plus.
Which brings us to today's quiz of the day. In honor of Johnson's one big season in Arizona, we want to see how many players with the most touchdowns in a season for every NFL franchise you can name in five minutes.
Good luck!
